Electrical subcontractor bid packages and estimating mail, 12 firms
Summary
Bid-side records from 12 US electrical subcontractors: invitations to bid, scope reviews, bid qualifications, addenda tracking and the mail between estimators, general contractors and suppliers. Each bid carries its outcome and, where the estimator logged one, the reason it was won, lost or declined, so models can learn what wins work. Bid amounts are removed, and people, firms and project addresses are replaced with placeholders.
