• What you type into our forms: your name, email, company or organization, role, your answers to the estimate questions, and any message.
• Basic technical data our servers record when you visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to run and protect the site, including limiting repeated form submissions.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• To reply to you, show your estimate and follow up about your request.
• To check that a buyer qualifies before we share a sample.
• To run our scout program.
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal duties.

• Service providers that host this site and deliver our email, under contracts that limit their use of it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the terms of this notice.

We never share an owner's details with buyers. We do not sell or share personal information, as California law defines those terms.

As long as we need it for the uses above, or as the law requires. Then we delete it.

We protect it with access limits and encryption in transit. If a breach affects your information, we tell you as the law requires.

• You can stop follow-up email at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@nulkan.com.
• California residents have the right to know, correct and delete their personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it. Residents of other US states with similar laws have the same rights with us.
• We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We confirm requests by email before we act on them.

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
