Commercial renewal remarketing files from one regional agency
Summary
Every commercial account this agency took back to market at renewal from 2015 to 2026, assembled into one file per account per renewal: the remarketing email with each carrier, Applied Epic activity notes, the marketing summary and the renewal proposal sent to the client. Each file records which carriers were approached, who quoted or declined and why, and how the renewal ended. Premiums appear as rate change percentages only, and insureds, carriers and staff are coded consistently across years.
