Commercial lease administration and CAM reconciliation records, one firm
Summary
Lease administration records from one US commercial property manager: lease abstracts and amendments, estoppel certificates, option and renewal notices, annual CAM reconciliations and the email with tenants, owners and brokers around them. Disputes are argued section by section, for example over controllable expense caps, gross-up and capital exclusions, which makes the set useful for clause-level reasoning. Tenants are businesses only, and tenant, owner and broker names, guarantor details and bank information are removed.
