Federal award outcome prediction tasks with recorded answers
Summary
Graded tasks built from public federal solicitations and the awards that followed them. Each task gives a model the solicitation, its amendments and the awarding office's history in that market up to a fixed cutoff, then asks for the award value band, the number of offers, the set-aside used or whether the incumbent kept the work. The answer is what the public record shows happened after the cutoff, and awardees appear as stable codes so models reason from history rather than recalled names. Built to order, with set size, agencies and difficulty mix agreed up front.

How it is prepared
Awardees, solicitation numbers and sites become stable codes, so models reason from history rather than recalled names. Personal contact details and the names of individuals in free text are removed before delivery.
